Our pecans have been soaked + gently dried to preserve sensitive enzymes that are otherwise destroyed during the roasting process. They have a crunchy texture, and buttery flavor, similar to a roasted nut but with all the benefits of being raw!

Our pecans are grown in the USA.
I recently ordered a few products from Higher Power Raw Foods, and I was genuinely impressed.
I started with the sprouted pecans, which were absolutely amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to pecans, because I’ve often received bitter or stale ones from other companies—but these were fresh, clean, and high quality.
I also ordered the cashews, which were just as great. Cashews can sometimes arrive darker in color or even slightly moldy from other brands, but these were clearly very fresh—creamy, light, and delicious.
Lastly, I tried the kale chips, and they were phenomenal. I will definitely be ordering more. What really stood out to me is that they don’t use nutritional yeast. It’s surprisingly hard to find kale chips without it, so I really appreciated that theirs are made without nutritional yeast—and they still taste amazing.
Overall, everything felt fresh, thoughtfully made, and high quality. Highly recommend.
